CEDAR MOUNTAIN FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT
The CEDAR CITY FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT (CMFPD) provides fire protection on the mountain, as well as emergency response, as needed. In an emergency, call 911.
Please remember that permits are required for all fire pits. Contact the CMFPD at (435) 682-3225 to have your fire pit inspected and permitted.
As needed, the state of Utah will issue “no burn” orders on the mountain and the fire district is responsible to see that all property owners comply. Sign up for notifications of this and other important information on the Everbridge Notification system on the Kane County website www.kane.utah.gov.
